Siavash Ghomeyshi is an Iranian singer and song writer. Siavash Ghomayshi was born in Ahvaz in 1945. He began music when he was in his 14. Then he went to London to learn music from on of the main sources of the world. his major was classical jazz .After his education he came back to Iran and made a lot of musics for famous singers and movies. After Islamic revolution of Iran he immigrated to the USA in 1979. Although he has lived outside Iran for over 44 years he loves his native country as he says. He Wrote many Albums Such As: Bi Sarzamin Tar Az Baad (Landless Like The Wind),Roozhaye Bikhatere (Days Without Memory), And More. His albums and melodies are one of the best in Asia like Landless Like The Wind which was released in USA by Caltex Records. His music is sad yet joyous. Most of the time he sings about his depression and loneliness after migrating away from his homeland, Iran. Ghomeishi has a lot of young Iranian fans who love the sad theme of his songs.
